Purchase of 360 St Johns Road, St Heliers. Pre-drawdown Special Conditions from the signed Indicative Letter of Offer.

C Facility 2 — Greenlane 88 & Woodside 88 Ltd $8,000,000

Refinance of 251-253 Great South Road, Greenlane and 2 Woodside Road, Mt Eden. Pre-drawdown Special Conditions from the signed ILO.
